The Opportunity:
We are seeking a highly qualified Legal Specialist to join our Supply and Equipment Department’s Purchasing Division. This is a fixed-term contract position lasting from January 1, 2024, to December 31, 2024.
What You’ll Do:
- Conduct in-depth legal research and studies related to contracts, external purchases, local purchases, tenders, and auctions.
- Analyze legal issues and provide clear, concise opinions on various departmental topics.
- Liaise with relevant parties to ensure comprehensive understanding of legal matters.
- Manage and organize legal documents pertaining to your department.
- Offer expert advice on tenders, auctions, contracts (including management, drafting, review, and implementation).
- Draft and review contract content and clauses, ensuring compliance with legal procedures.
- Prepare and revise draft contracts based on approved models and relevant legal principles.
- Provide legal consultations as required.

Who We’re Looking For:
- A motivated and detail-oriented legal professional with a proven track record.
- A PhD or Master’s degree in Civil or Commercial Law is mandatory.
- A minimum of 15 years of experience in the field of contracts and tenders is essential.
- Fluency in both written and spoken Arabic and English is crucial.
- A commitment to ethical conduct and professional behavior is a must.
